Die rechtliche Grundlage bildet das technische Regelwerk <strong>TR CU 032\/2013<\/strong> (oft als EAC 032 bezeichnet). Diese Verordnung legt die Sicherheitsanforderungen f\u00fcr die Konstruktion und Herstellung von Ger\u00e4ten fest, die mit einem \u00dcberdruck von mehr als 0,05 MPa betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Je nach Gef\u00e4hrdungsgrad der Ausr\u00fcstung sieht die Gesetzgebung zwei verschiedene Konformit\u00e4tswege vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>EAC-Deklaration 032\/2013:<\/strong> Anwendbar auf die Risikokategorien 1 und 2 (m\u00e4\u00dfiges Risiko).<\/li>\n<li><strong>EAC-Zertifikat 032\/2013:<\/strong> Obligatorisch f\u00fcr die Risikokategorien 3 und 4 (hohes Risiko), was Labortests und in vielen F\u00e4llen ein Fertigungsaudit im Werk des Herstellers erfordert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1855&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Technische Dokumentation und R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit 2026&#8243; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]<br \/>\nIm Jahr 2026 liegt der Fokus der Zollbeh\u00f6rden verst\u00e4rkt auf der <strong>digitalen R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit<\/strong>: Jedes Zertifikat muss im zentralisierten FSA-System (Rosakkreditatsiya) registriert und mit den GTIN-Codes des Produkts sowie der GLN des Herstellers verkn\u00fcpft sein.<\/p>\n<p>Das TR CU 032\/2013 ist technisch mit der europ\u00e4ischen <strong>Druckger\u00e4terichtlinie (PED 2014\/68\/EU)<\/strong> verwandt, weist jedoch spezifische b\u00fcrokratische Anforderungen auf. Die Erstellung eines <strong>Technischen Passes<\/strong> und einer <strong>Sicherheitsbegr\u00fcndung<\/strong> (Obosnovanie Bezopasnosti) in russischer Sprache ist obligatorisch. Ein wesentlicher Unterschied besteht darin, dass Druckkomponenten (Ventile, Beh\u00e4lter, Rohrleitungen) in der Regel einzeln zertifiziert werden m\u00fcssen und nicht unter die Zertifizierung der Hauptmaschine fallen.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Technische Kategorisierung nach TR ZU 032\/2013&#8243;
