\nOne of the most visible aspects of the EAC certification<\/a> reform is, without a doubt, the appearance of the EAC logo<\/strong>, marking products intended for the markets of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.

The implementation began with the decision approved on July 15th, 2011, by the Commission of the Eurasian Customs Union. The official document, titled “Unified mark of product circulation on the market of the Member States of the Customs Union”<\/em>, is dated 02.09.2011, shortly before the first TR CU regulations came into force.<\/p>\n

In 2026<\/strong>, the EAC mark has evolved into a digital-first compliance tool. It now serves as a physical gateway to the Unified Digital Registry<\/strong>, where every product must be linked to valid GLN<\/strong> (Global Location Number) and GTIN<\/strong> (Global Trade Item Number) identifiers.

\nThe EAC mark (Eurasian Conformity) signifies that the goods adhere to the mandatory requirements outlined in the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is basically equivalent to the European CE marking<\/a>, and its presence is mandatory for all products regulated by the TR CU\/TR EAEU system.<\/p>\n

The presence of the logo shows that the product has withstand the mandatory conformity assessment, and a certificate EAC<\/a> or a declaration EAC<\/a> was attained.
