The Technical Passport (commonly known as Pasport) is the indispensable identity document for every piece of machinery or equipment destined for the Eurasian markets in 2026. Far from being a mere technical annex, it is a mandatory requirement for obtaining EAC certification. Without this document, which must accompany each individual unit from the factory floor to customs clearance, legal exportation to Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the rest of the EAEU is legal impossible.

1. PRODUCT IDENTITY CARD: GOST 2.601-2019

Drafted in strict compliance with the updated GOST 2.601-2019 standard, the technical passport must track the entire life cycle of the asset: from construction and testing to maintenance and eventual decommissioning.

MANDATORY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:
• IDENTIFICATION DATA: Serial number, series, model, and comprehensive manufacturer details.
• TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Operating parameters, operational limits, and tolerances.
• LIFE CYCLE LOG: Recording of every testing phase, assembly stage, and maintenance intervention.
• SCHEMES AND DRAWINGS: Technical projections, electrical or hydraulic diagrams, and a full list of construction materials.

2. CRITICAL FOCUS: PRESSURE EQUIPMENT (TR CU 032)

For equipment subject to TR CU 032/2013 (Pressure Equipment), the technical passport assumes a critical legal role. In these cases, the document must integrate:

• STRENGTH CALCULATIONS: Deep analysis of resistance under pressure loads.
• WELDING CERTIFICATION: Analysis of certified welds and joint integrity.
• SAFETY JUSTIFICATION: Integration with the Safety Justification (Obosnovanie Bezopasnosti), which is an essential element to ensure compliance with Eurasian pressure standards.
